Kokopelli Plaque
This plaque is carved on 14 oz. saddle skirting. A piece of 4 oz leather was glued and stitched to the back to give it a finished look. A tab with a grommet was also stitched on the back to allow hanging of the plaque. All stitching was done by hand with two needles. The pattern was inspired by an ancient petroglyph. The plaque is approximately 10" high.
